Mid 70's Early 80's Cereal & Snacks??

What was some of your favorite cereal as a kid that they no longer make anymore??

What were some of the cool toys you found in the boxes?

What was your favorite snack from this era??

Does anyone remember Space Sticks?? They were like a chewy chocolate stick..almost like a tootsie roll!

And remember the Chico sticks, the Coconut Mounds,Payday & 7up bars?  Kool-Aid powder sticks?  Also. Kellogs Krinkles & Sugar Crisps, Necco fruit wafers, Adams' Sour Gum & prizes in your Cracker Jacks box.

My faves: Krinkles and 7up bars.

well i used to like pacman  and smurf berry cereals



Pink Panther used to have an icecream i used to buy from the ice cream man, i dont know if they have those anymore.

I used to drink diet Pepsi when it was called "pepsi free"   and "new coke".

the McDLT at McDonalds was good, it came in a box and the cold stuff had its side of the box and the hot had it own side of the box to keep the hot things hot and the cold things cold.

i found a transformer in the box on ebay the other day, my friend has all her barbies from when she was little in the 80's and i still have my hotwheels.

i am in my 30's and i miss the 80's

i am sorry i missed space sticks, they sound good.

As for the Cereal, it was called "Fruit Brute".  It was made by the same people who made Frank  N Berry, Count Chocula, and Boo Berry.  Fruit Brute was a werewolf.
