Mid Wales/Welshpool airport flights?

Question

I am trying to get a flight to this airport but their website doesn't give a lot of detail - does anyone know if this airport is only for private flights or if carriers fly in to it? I am trying to get a flight from either Birmingham airport or Manchester for my boss but it looks like it's private charter only. Does anyone know?

Yeah, it is only private charter.

The only other airport in Wales, apart from Cardiff, with regular traffic is Anglesey which has flights to and from Cardiff.
