  1. I do both middle distance and sprinting, and they are both at the same level of intensity. This is because middle distance still requires light sprinting over a long distance. Sprinting have to be able to go full speed over a shorter distance. So they pretty much equal each other

  2. i dont no what you meen by intensive but they are both pretty intence. 100m i would reckon is more because you gotta get everything right. one slip up can cost you the race. you only have 100m to make up for the mistake you made. with mid distance you have a longer time but still, they are both intense

  3. They are both going to be hard in their own different ways. Sprinting is more precise and you don't have time to make up for your mistakes. Mid distance requires a lot of endurance training. It is probably more painful and you are going to have to train a lot more for middle because it is a longer distance.

  4. they are pretty much the same intensity because you have to push your hardet on both

  5. In my opinion mid distance is becuase like in the 100 everything is just fast and is over in like 13 secconds and in the 800 you like are dieing the whole race, and you feel alot more pain.
