Question:

Middle School Classes?

I'm in 7th grade right now.

I'm suppose to be taking 7th grade Pre-Algebra and then 8th grade Algebra next year but instead I'm taking a 9th grade high school Algebra 1 instead!

I'm also doing an Art elective.

I don't know what to expect from Algebra 1 and Art!

I also need to know the most needed supplies and materials I need for those 2 classes!

Any helpful answers are welcome!

Thanks in advance!

  1. I took Advanced Pre-Algebra in 7th Grade, and Algebra I Honors in 8th. I'd highly advise you to ask your parents to get your class switched from Algebra I to Pre-Algebra (Not Intro. To Pre-Algebra - obviously you're ahead of that.) It's a big jump from  "Math" to "Algebra I"

  2. did you take pre-algebra yet? it shouldn't be too hard if you have. But it you haven't you might want to talk to a councilor about switching classes.

  3. um for algebra just pay attention like srsly cause i was totally distracted and failed. all i needed was a ruler and graph paper, well a pencil and an eraser too.

  4. Calculator, graph spiral, colored pencils, markers.... pencils etc.
