I know there are probably a lot of threads about this...but I'm going to say it once more...I'm in middle school and we're currently right now in tryouts for X country...you have to be in the top 60 out of like 90people...tryouts are 3 days long....same route everyday seeing if you run consistently...well i made it into the top 60 but i wanna make sure i make it again and again...how do i stay on top and run faster?If I do make it into the team what do i need to do too to stay fast?THANKS EVERYONE!!!
