Middle School Football Jock Strap?

do i wear the jock strap under boxers and then put the girdle on or what?

No one on any team I have ever been on wears a cup, if you do want to wear it, you do it under the boxer. If you don't want to wear it, you cut off the cup part of it and only wear the strap so you aren't ineligible to play.

Depends on you. If your confortable letting your team mates see your wong then put it under. But if your not then put it over. I just put mines under seeing its more comfortable that way.

I wear no boxer and the girdle with the pads built in and a jock strap with a cup over top

I've played since 4th grade and I've never worn a jock and neither have my teammates. I'm in college ball now.

I wear Jocks straps without boxers.

You could just wear the Jockstrap, or the girdle, or if you want boxers. If I was definitely going to use two of those together it would be just the jock under the girdle, but most people prefer to wear the jock alone so you have better ventilation.
