i need a morning/nightly routine that will make me look great! i am going in middle school and i need to leave at 7:45

  1. I wake up at six so this will help

                           (start at six am)

    1.get up and get change into work out clothes

    2. eat a healthy breakfast with skim milk

    3.should be around 6:30 so make the bed and brush your teeth.

    4.since its about 6:45 find a workout(riding a exercise bike,crunches,etc.) and do it for half an hour/twenty mins.

    5. Now that's about 7:15 go take a nice shower and blow dry your hair and do make up for 30 min.

    NOW LEAVE ITS TIME TO GO!!!

    Come back whenever let's say 4pm

    1. do school work or what ever you need to catch up until 4:45 or earlier

    2. do a different work out for 40 min. and shower

    3.eat

    5. It should be maybe 6:30 get a puzzle(crossword,sudko,whaterver.) out do that for a half an hour

    6.Eat a light dessert

    7.since it's now about 7:30 treat yourself to some pamper time(paint nails,make facial masks,ect) for about tweny min or spend time with family

    8. Now watch tv or do whatever you want

    9. Go to bed around 10pm

    1 medium to large Banana; soft and peeled

    1/3 to 1/2 cup oatmeal(depends on the size of the banana)

    Mash the oatmeal into the soft peeled banana a little at a time. Continue until all of the oatmeal is moistened. Apply to your face evenly, leaving it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water or soft wash cloth.

    Orange Yogurt Facial Mask

    1 tsp plain yogurt

    juice of 1/4 of an orange

    Instructions:

    Stir to mix and then dip fingers into mixture and smooth onto face. The sensation is both cool and relaxing. Leave on for a five minutes and then rinse. If you are feeling sluggish, this is the perfect mask for you. The yogurt will cleanse and nourish. The orange is full of Vitamin C and AHA's.

    Brown Sugar and Milk Mask

    1/4 cup brown sugar

    1 - 2 tbsp milk, anything but skim

    Instructions:

    Mix the two ingredients well. Apply to freshly cleaned face and massage gently for a full minute - leave on for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.

    Cucumber and Yogurt Facial Mask

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cucumber

    1 tablespoon yogurt

    Instructions:

    Puree cucumber and yogurt in a blender, apply to your face evenly. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water or soft wash cloth.

    if you want a healthy good routine

    wake up 6 am, run for an hour, get ready for school

    after school, study for 3-5 hours(as long as necessary)

    after that, have dinner(healthy light, low fat)

    Exercise for about another hour

    read a book for about an hour

    get ready for next day

    go to sleep

  3. do situps and cardio before you go to sleep
