Middle School Talent Show Songs ?

Question

I'm going to audition this year for my school's talent show, and I'm not sure what to sing. The last time I was in a talent show was 5th grade, and I sang "What Dreams Are Made Of." Naturally I want something a lot more mature than that.

One of my main options is "My Immortal" by Evanescence. Are there any other songs like that that I could sing ? I was also thinking maybe Paramore, but Hayley's voice is hard to compete with ;)

i wud sing either Impossible by Shontelle, Make it shine by Victoria Justice, or Only Prettier by Miranda Lambert!!!! DEF!!

sing any song and make it your own, if its too low/high change it to what you like! You'll be remembered for difference!

 

BE DIFFERENT its the best advice. Who cares what song the people like? Its showing YOUR talent not theirs.
