Middle Spray arm has fallen off!

Question

Don't ask me how that happened, but I can't snap it back on. Is there a trick. Does it attached under the center of the top rack? Also a plastic O -ring piece has fallen off and I have no idea where it goes. Wherever I put it , it falls off. Help! Want to fix it myself.
