I was actually going to say Nicole! Nicolette is a little too long after a short name such as Blair. Depends on the last name though, I suppose.

I don't really like Blair Nicolette.   I like Blair Larissa or Rae.  Blair means plain or field, and rae is a shortened form of Raymond or Rachel, but I thimk of the sun's rays when I hear it.  Larissa means cheerful.  I think both these names brighton up Blair (although it is a beautiful name).
