  14. I asked all of my friends, and we all seem to agree on Spencer Marie. To us it just fits with Spencer. And it sounds so adorable. :)

  15. It depends on what your last name is--what letters and sounds it has, how long it is, where the emphasis is (first, middle, last syllable).

If you have a longer last name, then a one or two syllable middle name would probably flow the best.  If you have a two syllable name where the emphasis is on the first syllable, as it is in Spencer, then a one syllable name or a name with three or more syllables would probably flow better, just to break it up a bit.  For example:

Spencer Alice Johnson just sounds kind of monotone, since all three names have the same number of syllables and the same emphasis.  But Spencer Eve Johnson or Spencer Elizabeth Johnson flow a little bit better because the middle name breaks uo the first and last names.

But something like Spencer Alexandra von Huffernugel is just too much of a mouthful.  A long last name like that just begs for a shorter middle name.

Perhaps you and your partner might look to your family trees for some inspiration.  You might find a name that you both love and that sounds great that you might no otherwise have considered, and you can honor a cherished loved one or ancestor at the same time.  Don't forget to look at maiden names as an option.

    Congratulations!

EDIT:  LOL!  I typed all that up before you posted the last name.  In that case, how about:

    Spencer Allison Mangrum

    Spencer Eve Mangrum

    Spencer Juliana Mangrum

    Spencer Amelia Mangrum
