Girl's first name is deffinately Kadance (Kay-Dance) and nickname is probably going to be Kadee. (Kay-D)

Any suggestions for middle names? Some ideas are:

I know one little girl here with the name Kadence and her middle name is marie.

Since, the first letter of your names go:

I would go with

K C

That would make two kids with a first name that starts with a D and K

then two kids with a middle name that starts with a C.

kadance sounds good to me dont u have like a granparent or someone like that you could use there name maybe kadance grace, kadance marie, kadance lotoise (la-toy-se) i donno have fun anyways good luck

I'm not too sure if the name Kadance sounds good. Instead of using the name Kadance, use Kadee. That is a very cute name. You get the last name by using the girl's grandmother's middle name. So that makes the job of getting a middle name easier. Everyone does that. But if not, Charity would sound ok for a middle name.

I like Kadance. Kadence Charity is cute and then you could use the previous idea of calling her K.C. I don't like Destiny it reminds me of a stripper.  

For Middle names I like Paige or Brooke.
