hi i am a 19 year old male i dont smoke or drink. i have been experiencing right and left shoulder pains for about a week now and last night i started to get middle right back pain and was short of breath. ive also had lower left abdominal pain for many months now im guessing for about 6 or 7 months.i went in and got an abdominal x-ray and was told my bowel was backed up and that was why ive been having the abdominal pain. i could go 4 or 5 days without a BM but now its more like 1 or 2 days. i dont know whats going on my blood pressure is fine and the last time i had a ekg it turned out ok. i am going in for a colonoscopy on sep 16th just to make sure. can anyone figure this out it would be much appreciated.

  1. If you have been having right and left shoulder pains and now you started to get middle right back pain and shortness of breath, you need to call 911 or get to an ER now.  These are Heart Attack Warning Signs.

    Let's review:

    - Chest discomfort

    - Discomfort in other areas of the upper body

    - Shortness of breath

    - Other signs (cold sweat, nausea or light headedness)

The American Heart Association says if you are having these symptoms get someone to get yourself to the hospital right away.  Some heart attacks are sudden and intense; but, most of them start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort.
