  1. it's ok don't worry everyone knows how that feels to be at a new school, and you'll always make new friends. besides there's probably a few students from your old school who's going to the same school as you. just remember to get to class early. i suggest making a new friends in homeroom, who knows their way around school or has the same classes with you. that way you can follow them if you don't know where your new classes are. also you probably won't be able to open your locker quickly on the FIRST day of school. Surely, your school will teach you how to open locks and then do it often to get used to it. remember you combination, is all i have to say.

    hope this helps

    :]

  2. don't worry about gym clothes because all u need is a old tee and sweats everyone wears the same and about your locker if you don't get it ask for help and if your late just tell them you had locker trouble they will understand don't sweat it

  3. haha i was nervous too.its normal. just kno that everything will b ok. and opening your locker takes nothing but practice. it will get better in a lil bit.lol

o and if the ppl make fun of ur clothes then theyre jealous.

  4. Dude it's okay, relax. Middle school (as far as I'm concerned) is what you make of it. I started school yesterday. I have like 2-3 friends from my old school in most classes so I can hang out with them. I've met sooo many new friends already. Seriously, I posted like 10 questions on here just like this one...when the truth is, middle school is so much better than elementary. Ok now for tips...

Don't stand around and chat between periods---get to the next one asap. There is time to hang out with your friends at lunch.

    Introduce yourself to people.

I just got my locker and everything today and I've already memorized it. Most likely, your teacher will teach you how to do the lock thing and give you a little time to practice.

Middle school is super easy if you don't get caught up in trying to be cool, etc. People who at least try at school work, are nice to everyone, and follow the rules are the real cool ones. No one likes someone who is so worried about what other people think that they can't do anything without thinking about others' reactions.

Everyone's gym clothes are hideous. Lol get over it.

Changing out during PE isn't a big deal. Just keep to yourself (don't look around and stuff) and change quickly. I wouldn't recommend taking a shower 1) People will think you are weird and 2) You probably won't have that much time.

I keep a brush, mirror, hair ties, powder make up, an extra set of underwear (in case you spill something on your pants), and a few pads (if you're a girl).

The thing with teachers is you have to suck up. Flattery will get you everywhere lol. Especially your PE teacher, whose grading is based upon participation (or so they say)---honestly, to get a great grade in PE you have to put forth best efforts and suck up.

Don't talk to older students. Some of them can be mean, especially since they think they are all cool becuase they're oldest on campus. If you need help finding a class you should ask a faculty member.

Also I keep my schedule, locker combo, and a map of school in my pockets. It has helped sooo much.

Then there's the obvious stuff--do your homework, don't be late, etc.

    Good luck!

  5. gym clothes are ugly usually 100% of the time.at least the top. shorts are okay. dont' stop and chat with your friends too long inbetween classes. practice opening your lock

  6. The first day after school, practice opening your locker.  If it's a detachable lock, you can practice before going to school.

If the gym clothes are ugly, probably everyone else is in the same boat.  Relax.  Some will like you, some will not, and most won't even notice unless you share a class or have lockers near each other.
