Middle school ...!!!!!

Question

okay, well i'll be going to the 8th grade and its my first time in an american middle school. so , in class, would i have to know everything that was taught in the 7th grade? or would i be able to pick up the syllabus by brushing up a little?

because in history and civics i would no nothing!

what about science and computers?

im not worried about math or english though.

oh! and i heard that you have to go to a different class each period. so you'll never be with you're friends all the time? ( sorry! im not used to it lol) and do you have to go up in front of the class and present stuff? like projects? man! im realllly embarressed.

p.s. i was in america till the 4th grade but i forgot lots.

It would be nice to know most of the things you were taught in seventh grade. Yea, you do have to go to a different class each period, and all your friends may not be in all your classes, which is why its good to make  new ones. In my school, Im startin disection and life science in science, and in computers, you just do what the teacher says lol. Computer class is an easy A. Most of the time, you will have to go to the front of the board and present, but so does everybody else, so its not big deal. Have a great 8th grade year

ok youll be fine!.

yeah its true you have to go to a different class every period  but trust me you get used to it. you will get to be with your friends because most of your friend will probably be in all of your classes depending on how big your midde school is .

and you do have to go up in the front of the class to present stuff like projects but dont be embarassed youll be fine youll make it!!!

it  doesnt matter if you dont know anything in history because they will give you tests on what your learning there . in other words noone in that classroom is gonna know anything about history thats why there goign to that class lol they teach you stuff and then test you on it you dont need to knwo about it in advance.

yes, you do switch classes andnot always be with your friends, but you'll learn to make new one. the things you learned in 7th grade are kinda your guidlines to build upon in 8th grade. in 8th grade at my school, you learned about american histroy and we the people stuff for the whole year it was mainly boring but they teach you everything.

not matter what grade you are in, you'll always have to present in front of the class for a project or speech or something. you'll get used to it in no time!

What country you from? usually in 8th grade they teach American History.

Scince they teach well at my school they teach Physics.

That's true about changing classes relax you'll get a schudle that's says who your teacher is and period you have that class.

Yes you have up front to present projects so don't worry.

Well u have 6 classes depends what skool u go to n might have some friends in ur classes maybe all depending on how well u did on ur state tests n the end of the year tests. Also it depends on what type of teacher u have to do presentations in. u do all that like when ur half way through the year but the teachers would have patience on u again depending what kinda teacher, strict,cool,laidback,okay,awesome,ect.

You should do fine since you are up to date on math and English. Every year history is usually different. You will mostly like be tested on the things taught in your class and not classes from previous years.  Each class is about an hour long and there are usually seven periods.  If you are going to a smaller school you have a really good chance of having most of your friends in your classes.  You usually have to present projects about once a year. Depending on the class. I would guess 2 projects out of 7 classes maximum. A lot of times projects are presented in teams of classmates so you would not be embarrassed alone.

yes you have to move class ever period if your friends are in the class you will make new friends. Yes you have to go up in front of the class and precent it you are go to just fine it is not so bad
