After 3 months and 8 visits from Sears to repair our 1.5 yr old dishwasher, they finally called it a lemon. The problem was that the spray arm under the top rack would not spin. Many parts replaced, but still did not work. So, yesterday, they came and installed our BRAND NEW top of the line Kenmore dishwasher and guess what? top rack dishes not clean and spray arm under the top rack NOT SPINNING! Our water was evaluated, no problem, our water pressure and fill speed, great. Please let me know if you've ever seen this before and any possible solutions??? This is driving me crazy. I'm wondering if it could be a "level" thing? Could it somehow not be level and that's affecting this spray arm and only this one? Thanks for any advice.
