Midfielder’s Sami Khedira and Bastian Schweinsteiger might be enlisted with Real Madrid
There have been reports that the German international player Sami Khedira, who currently plays for Stuttgart, might join probably the most elite club in the world, Real Madrid.
Sources have revealed that Real Madrid are extremely interested in signing the German international Sami Khedira. With too much money in his pocket and the his dream list of player not going as planned, the Real Madrid Coach Jose Mourinho has sparked up great interest to sign in the midfielder at his club.
It has been relayed as a strong possibility that before the start of the new season, Khedira will be running about in the training grounds of Los Blancos with media reports headlining “Total Agreement About Khedira” in Real Madrid related news.
There are rumours that the German club, Stuttgart have accepted about 10 million Euros for the 23 year old midfielder who was one of the stars of the German show at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Joerg Neubauer has news on the contrary though. Neubauer who is Khedira's agent told that the news cannot be confirmed now and in reality it will take a lot of time and thinking to bring the player to the new club. He told that it takes a lot of thinking and planning and you have to be sure that the player will be comfortable at the new club.
The agent told that with all these things to be under consideration, it might actually take weeks before the signing happens. The player himself is actually looking forward to the transfer unlike other German players who after receiving offers from top clubs after their magnificent performance in the World Cup have refused bluntly at the opportunities.
Mesut Oezil was one such example. After the World Cup the 21 year old became one of the most coveted prizes with all top notch clubs bidding for him but the German midfielder clarified his position saying that he would like to stay with his current club Werder Bremen for at least another year before he makes a final decision.
Another player that has left the men at Bernabeu with admiration is the Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger. The 25 year old proved himself a maestro in the German midfield and after the injury of the veteran Michael Ballack, who also happened to be the original captain of the team, these young men took the Germany to the 3rd place in the World Cup.
Schweinsteiger has just recently exclaimed that he is not married to Munich and is actually tired of playing with German clubs. He has even instigated Real Madrid to make some room for him and sign him if they can.
The 20 year old Thomas Muller from Bayern Munich who got the Golden Boot and the award for the best talent was also demanded by major clubs like Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid as always were paying handsome amounts for the players but it does seem that he will stay at Munich.
With all this going it will certainly be hoped that all this money is not spent like the last time when above 250 million pounds were spent by Florentino Perez to no result last summer.
Back then Real Madrid signed the cream of a lot of big clubs over the world but the result was the same as this time they failed at the Champions League and flunked at getting the La Liga title.
This time over they have to be spend in money to make room for world class players as the new manger Jose Mourinho who has an outstanding record and led Inter Milan to victory last season is planning to dominate with the club.
