Midseason fantasy baseball rules change?

Is it possible for the commish in a yahoo!sports fantasy baseball league to change the rules midseason? Particularly, I am interested in our commish changing the "edit lineup" options to allow us to update our lineup everyday--instead of only once a week. We run a head to head league, and I am not the commissioner.
