Would someone mind either telling me where the Obelisks are or give me a website? I can find the locations easily enough. I just need to know where they are.

You can go to http://www.the-spoiler.com/RPG/New.World... that website, It gives you the maps of all the towns, just click on them and look for the Obelisks. :)
