I think i might be 2 or 3 weeks pregnant. How early can the og/gyn do a ultrasound?

You can go to your regular doctor right now and they will do a blood test, it is too early to do an ultra sound, they usually don't do those for a couple of months, they wouldn't do that to confirm pregnancy anyway. Go see your regular physician for a blood test..Good Luck!

They don't like to do an ultrasound to determine pregnancy unless other tests have failed. They'll usually do a first ultrasound around 8 weeks or so. First you need to determine if you are pregnant or not. Take a home pregnancy test or go the doctor and have a blood test done.
