Might buy a Speedo?

Question

Well it's kind of a joke with my friend, but I wanna buy a speedo I'm not on a swim team, I would just wear it at my friends house and go swimming : D . I have a few things to ask...

1. Should I buy a speedo brief, jammer, or square cut?

2. I'm straight, will I seem g*y if I buy one?

3. Will I get erections/ Will the erection show?

4. Are these comfortable?

5. List other info you have about these and your opinion.

you should buy  a speedo jammer.

jammers are soo muchh better and mostly evry guy swimmer wears them when they compete.

i think its pretty g*y if yu buy the brief and square cut.

i guess their comfortable. (im a girl)

oh and since your skinny and boney yu'll lookkk AMAZING in those jammers.

I will also try to answer them numerically.

1. Look at the different styles and buy the one you like best.

(Speedo is a brand name - I prefer the brief style for me)

2.  No; they are definitely NOT g*y - the only ones who

propagate that myth are insecure little non-swimmer wimps.

3.  If you do, it may show, but in the water it is unlikely,

since the water is usually cool.  No big worry.

4. The briefs are comfortable if they fit correctly.  To me the

long floppy baggies are very uncomfortable as well as ugly

and you can't swim well in them - they cause drag.  Loose

baggy board shorts look like women's skirts to me!

5. I personally prefer the brief style, but you need to find one

you will wear.  To me they mean you're a swimmer, not g*y.

I don't recommend them for fat or hairy men; briefs and

bikinis don't look good on fatsos of either s*x.  But many

women have told me they look good on guys who keep

themselves in good physical shape.

I hava worn speedos to the beach and the pool for years. I can,t stand wet board shorts. The fashion police may not like them, but you get a fuller tan, not just from your knees down. They are not g*y, just ask my wife who prefers to see me in them.

seems the first answerer is a ******* moron.  speedo is a company not a type of swimsuit.  

you should buy a brief is your going to be outside to avoid tan lines near your knees.  if your inside just get whatever you feel more comfortable in.  i don't know what  square cut is.

you probably won't seem g*y.  if you do seem g*y no1 will say it so w/e.

i have never had an erection except in the morning but that usually goes away before i get into the pool facility.  the swimming atmosphere isn't exactly the type you would get an erection in.  you won't get an erection during swim practice most definitely.

they're all comfortable to me.  just take them off after swimming because it will itch if you sit down for awhile with them on.

oh **** your not a swimmer.  get board shorts or a regular swim suit. yeah skinny and bony doesn't look good in any of those. you want muscular quads

Go for it!  Buy the speedo and have fun!  If your friends truly know you, they will know you are not g*y.  You're a guy, face it, you'll get an erection no matter what you are wearing,however, in the speedo it will be more noticable.  I wear speedos almost exclusively when I'm swimming laps, in the backyard pool or at the beach.  I find them very comfortable and they allow for maximum movement with least restriction and don't cling to your legs when wet.

If you are doing this just for a joke, then get the most mileage from the joke and wear the brief style suit/speedo instead of a jammer or squarecut.  (I like the square cuts also!)  If you are thinking that this would be your swimsuit of choice, buy the speedo, wear it under your boardshorts to start getting to use to the feel.  When the moment is right at your friends house, drop the boardies and have a blast!  My wife and kids don't think anything of me wearing mine because I don't make an issue of it and they all know how much I swim.

I will answer your questions in the same order you have them numbered.

1. It depends on what kind of impression you want to make on your friends. The jammers are less like whity tighties than the brief, but they also don't give you the same "Speedo" effect. If it's just going to be with your friends as a joke, go with the brief.

2. No you won't seem g*y, you'll just look like a swimmer buying a new suit.

3. You won't get any more erections than normal. But yes, they will show.

4. They are just as comfortable as brief underwear. So, not particularly.

5. I think that it is hilarious that you are willing to buy and wear a Speedo for a joke. Props to you man.

You should defiantly buy a pair of briefs, they. And despite the immature mindless drones on here will say (which I don't completely understand their motives, why are they answering questions about speedos when they are so opposed to them. They are the same people that can't stop looking when they see me wearing mine at the beach. If you don't like them sooo much why are you still looking) . People really do like them on the right person. This is coming from someone who wears them all the time and I have never heard a bad comment. As a matter of fact I've been wearing them all weekend at the hotel I'm staying at, hanging out at the pool. I met a nice group of girls that wanted me to come and get them before I hit the pool today so they can hang out. I am defiantly going to bring back the brief!!! let me know if you want to hang at the beach sometime.

2. All they g*y guys Ive seen al wear board shorts and I actually heard g*y guys comment how much they like seeing guy butt cracks, and they love the fact that guys loose their shorts when they come out of the water.

3 wear them under somehting for a day or so b4 you wear them in public you will get used to the feel.

5 they are very comfortable , if I had to choose a reason why I wear speedos #1 would be because they are so comfortable. feels like your wearing nothing at all. That is the best part. #2 would be the awsome tan I have. #3 because they are fun and different. The last think I care about is showing my junk off to the world. But seriously when are we going to just recognize that guys have something down there that is after all what makes us a man. Seriously America get over it seen a bulge in a guys pants is not a big deal. Why don't you worry about something important for a change like the gas prices or the fact that the U.S. is about to being utter f;ing. chaos when the market crashed.
