Question:

Might doing this wreck my sleeping habits?

For about a week now i've been waking up at around 7:30.

I couldn't fall asleep last night so i woke up at 5:20 and I stayed awake

for 45 minutes and I ate a scrambled egg

Then I went back to sleep and I woke up at 9:00

My question is... Tomorrow will I be able to wake up at 7:00 like I usually do? It would help because I have to wake up for my new job.

  1. if u want to wake up at 7:00 u shud buy an alarm clock


  2. The thing to do is set the alarm.  Mentally, make your job your TOP priority without exception here.

    With those, you have two systems in place.  Do you need a third?  If so, get a person to make sure you are awake by 7:05.  Either have someone else in the household rouse you in case you are not up, or ask a friend to call.

    Finally, relax a bit, and if you are still a little unsure, go to bed slightly earlier to assure a full night's sleep.  If you wake up at an odd time, do not get up, given what happened.

  3. Hehehe.  I can't be sure of anything past a second ago!  You should be able to wake up at 7:00 AM without a problem if this new job is important enough to you.
