Might have a problem with my Tatung M100

Question

I recently ordered a Tatung M100 through Tiger Direct and opened it up last night to try it out. It's not turning on, now I hope I am not missing something, I've had it plugged into my computer for about 3 hours just in case it needed charging and when I slide the on/off button, nothing happens. Does anyone know if there is another trick to turning it on?
