  1. I usually only get migraines when the circumstances all combine to be just right. One huge component of my migraines is if I have been drinking enough water. I can't tell a bit a difference about what I eat, honestly. It has more to do with stress, sleep, and whether I get enough water. I'd evaluate how much water you drink and perhaps increase the amount. You should be drinking, at the very least, 8 glasses of 8 ounce size glasses of water a day. Carry a water bottle if getting all the water you need is a challenge for you so you can keep sipping it slowly. It's better to drink only 8 ounces at a time anyway because it gives your body a chance to absorb it better. You can either drink 1 glass each hour on the hour or a 1/2 glass about every 1/2 hour. then it's not too much, your body can use what you drink, and it's easier to drink at a time. You might just find that it makes a difference. I'd also try wearing a hat of some kind and sunglasses to see if you can avoid the sunlight trigger. But who knows? maybe the water will be enough to make a difference! I sure hope so, migraines are horrible. Good luck!

  2. what are you eating a lot?

  3. i get bad headaches when i go in the sun too. it's because the light hurts my eyes. i started wearing sunglasses all the time when i go out and that helped a lot. and i would suggest drinking a lot of water.

  4. Things like bright light can certainly aggravate a migraine. Try wearing sunglasses.
