you need to add more details, what phone are you transfering the information over to? is it a pocket pc? or a regular phone? your best chance if both phones are from the same provider take the phone to one of there stores and they will do it for you in like a few minuits for free. if its like a sprint phone, just type sprint store locations in google and it'll give you a store finder that its your area.
