Migrate pokemon from fire red

I have a pokemon pearl and a pokemon fire red and i know how to migrate pokemon.In pearl i have beaten the game and i have national dex,in Fire red also ..Bu t when i start pearl I do not see: Migrate pokemon from Fire red..
