  1. Spain,  h**l wouldn't you.

  2. To their other location during the warmer months, they have to stay in summer year round. That would be my guess. To the nearest pond.

  3. The birds you are flying on traditional flight paths these have been in use for hundreds of years, instinct helps them find there way and the young follow their parents.

They are probably flying down to The Norfolk Broads ,Slimbridge, in Gloucester the Severn estuary,Morcambe bay there are several large lakes in the Southern Counties where they will spend the Winter months .These are Geese that have bred in the Arctic Regions and are now moving to our warmer?regions.

They say if the Geese fly south this early in the year ,we will have a bad winter?

They will return to their Arctic nesting grounds in the Spring.

    Hope this helps you.

  4. they are flying because it's too far to walk

  5. I'm in Cheshire too and have heard the geese flying over regularly.  Can't say I blame them, who wouldn't want to fly south and escape our dismal climate.

  6. I think they're heading back to Canada loll. I heard some this morning.
