England.
All were penalized for their act with ICC handing long term bans however, their alleged scandal went one step further with Justice Cook giving the trio jail terms to serve.

by Lord Chief Justice.
Brearley, who captained http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mumbai-c820 and was eager to see both sides of the coin.

The 19-year-old could be released from custody in February, provided he behaves however, with the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/ICC-World-Cup-2011-c100625 ban still lurking over him, it remains to be seen whether he can make a triumphant return to the field of cricket.
While the real reasons for his spot-fixing association might never come to surface, Brearley feels that there is more to the whole story than just financial gain.
"I don't think the whole truth has been told yet, or can be told. The 18-year old http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mohammad-Amir-c76675, who was subject to pressure and was, I believe, uninterested in any illegal financial gain, should have been, and I think should now be, treated much more leniently."
Despite all such act performed by the higher bodies to condone fixing, the game is still far from clean- a notion expressed confidently by the former Poms great, who said, "Whistle blowing should become an absolute duty for everyone in the game."
