Formula One had the same problem with Michelins blowing out in turn one. the were thinking of putting in a chicane but Michelin bowed out of the race. This really sucks right now

There was a race back in the late sixties at Talladega where tires and speeds were issue. Most of the stars of the day boycotted the race.

Mike Helton should just give everyone who bought tickets their money back. I'd be really pissed right now if I was at this race.

not that I can remember... how lame to think the crews cant figure out when to change tire no wonder they cant fill the stands anymore

I have been watching and going to Nascar Races over 30 years and NEVER had I seen such a crappy mess..this is NOT a race, tire test for Goodyear is what I am looking at..

and the Points??OMGoodness...some are going to be hurting after this disaster, ruining chances for the Chase!!!
