"I haven't really taken much notice of the external stuff at all to be honest," said the Western Australia batsman when asked about the recent criticism against him.
"I haven't really read a newspaper, haven't really turned the TV on since we lost the Test match down in Hobart. I pretty much just tried to get away from it for a week, or for a few days anyway,” he added further.
Hussey has not come up with big scores in his past few innings. In the recent drawn Test series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/New-Zealand-c754, he has scored just 83 runs at an average of 11.86.
Hussey agreed that he has not performed well in the past few matches; however, his morale is high and is hopeful to hit form in the India series.
“I still feel like I'm in a good frame of mind. I still feel like I'm hitting the ball well in the nets,” said the 36-year-old left-handed batsman who has played 66 Tests so far and averages 50.44. “But that's the way batting goes. You're going to get times
