Mike Tyson VS Gene Tunney Who would win?

If the Mike Tyson who beat Trevor Berbick fought the Gene Tunney who beat Jack Dempsey in a 15 rounds boxing match who do you think would win.

Tyson would win and he'd knock Tunney out cold.  Big guys were a perfect fit for Tyson.  He loved fighting 'em huge heavyweights in his heyday and, of course, he knocked all of them out.  Dempsey was a small heavyweight, about the same size as Tyson, and he too was good at fighting big men.  In fact, he would've KO'd Tunney if not for that "long count".  But Tyson hits harder than Dempsey, and once Mike hits Tunney, the latter won't be able to get up even if they count him up to 20.  And Iron Mike would surely catch Tunney right at the opening bell because he's faster and quicker and, despite his size, stronger than Tunney.

in my opinion tyson in his hay day is the best heavyweight boxer of all time, why did he have to be such a mad man though...

Tunney all the way.  Too much boxing skill, he'd frustrate Iron Mike and bring out the psychopath we saw from time to time.  Turn the bully into a coward.  The fighting Marine wins a decision or late DQ.

I favor Tunney to take this one by a unanimous decision

He survives the early rounds and picks himself up of the canvas to regain control of the fight. After 7 rounds Tyson begins to get dispirited at the fact Tunney won't stay still and begins to swing wildly missing a lot and in effect tiring himself out. Now tunney goes to work jab and move, jab and move for the remainder of the fight not only beating Tyson but giving him a good boxing lesson as well.
