Mike Tyson: Wladimir Klitschko will knockout David Haye within two rounds – Boxing news
Former Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World Mike Tyson believes the IBF, WBO and IBO world heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko will easily knockout David Haye this Saturday.
The current WBA world heavyweight champion David Haye will take on Wladimir Klitschko in a highly anticipated unification bout for the heavyweight titles on July 2, 2011 at Hamburg’s Imtech Arena in Germany and Tyson reckons Haye will lose the biggest fight
of his career.
The Baddest Man on the Planet, Tyson, who was widely known for his ferocious and intimidating boxing style, passed on a flattering statement saying ‘The Hayemaker’ will not last more than two rounds against Klitschko.
“Haye shouldn’t last more than two rounds with Klitschko,” said Tyson.
Though the ‘Iron Mike’ remarked he respects Haye as a boxer and also as a human being, he said Dr. Steelhammer, Klitschko, is far superior to Haye in almost all the departments and therefore should win the bout by way of a knockout.
While speaking on his inclusion, he said, “I like David Haye, but I think Wladimir Klitschko is too superior and too strong. I respect Haye as a human being, but he hasn't earned this fight. Klitschko should wipe him out. Klitschko's a great champion and
I think Klitschko's going to beat him.”
In the end the legendary boxer, Tyson, who holds the record as the youngest boxer to win the WBC, WBA and IBF world heavyweight titles, admitted his predictions could always go wrong but on the same note he said Wladimir has the potential and should beat
Haye.
“I just don't think Haye can keep him off him. I could be wrong, but Wladimir should beat him,” said Tyson.
There is hardly one day left now in the Wladimir-Haye unification bout, which is being considered as one of the biggest bouts in the British history. However let’s see if Wladimir Klitschko can handle the lighting fast speed of the brash Londoner, David
Haye.
