Mike Tyson believes Wladimir Klitschko too big and talented for David Haye – Boxing News
The former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, Mike Tyson, has said that the International Boxing Federation’s, International Boxing Organisation’s, World Boxing Organisation’s and Ring Magazine’s champion, Wladimir Klitschko, will beat the current World Boxing Association’s World Heavyweight Champion, David Haye.
Mike ‘The Iron’ Tyson spoke to the media and stated that Wladimir Klitschko, who will take on David ‘Hayemaker’ Haye in a unification bout for the heavyweight title on July 2 at the Hamburg Arena in Germany, is way more talented and powerful than his opponent.
The legendary boxer, who holds the record as the youngest boxer to win the World Boxing Council’s, World Boxing Association’s and International Boxing Federation’s world heavyweight titles, claimed Klitschko will defeat the Londoner on July 2.
Tyson, who is famously known as ‘the Baddest Man on the Planet’, admitted Haye is a very good boxer and he likes him. He also said Haye has the capability to knockout anyone but on the same note he remarked Klitschko is too big for him to handle.
While speaking on what he thought would be the outcome of the match, he said “I see Klitschko beating him [Haye], stopping him. It’s just got to be that way. He’s [Haye] a very good fighter, but this guys is too big and too talented for him. I like David Haye too, but I think he’s up against too much of an individual for him.”
Haye, who has won 25 of his 26 fights including 23 by the way of a knockout, has already said that he is going to retire after he gets done with the biggest fight of his career. The bout against the 6 ft 6inch Ukrainian giant is also being pegged as one of the biggest fights in British boxing history.
30-year-old Haye has claimed he is going to knockout Klitschko in front of a crowd of 50,000 and will step into his new life with all three belts on his shoulders. Fans cannot wait to see if Haye really has what it takes to see off one of the best heavyweight combatants in the world.
