Who's going to win? i think mike can knock anderson out when he was in prime

Anderson "The Spider" Silva" would annihilate Tyson in a MMA match. He would annihilate any boxer for that matter. I am a huge fan of Iron Mike by the way. Well before he went crazy. But come on! Lets be realistic.

I never like trying to compare two athletes from different sports BUT when it comes to Mike Tyson I think MMA fans should just accept that most of their best fighters rely heavily on superior ability with their hands (Liddell, Jackson, Silva, GSP, etc.) and if any MMA fighter couldn't get Tyson to the ground in less than one minute they would be destroyed, I know Ray Mercer (at age 40+) got choked out in like 2 in, but Mike Tyson isn't Ray Mercer...check out some Tyson KO's then imagine them if he wasn't wearing gloves........

In his prime, man h**l yeah. But to do it now I don't think Mike Tyson is stable enough for that. That man is "out there". Isn't he a cannibal? LOL

u gotta be kidding...Tyson would kill Silva in his prime...and even now i bet....Silva fights at 185 and goes down to 177 so Tyson is a bigger guy

no MMA fighter would have a chance against Mike Tyson in his prime unless they were lucky enough to get him off his feet. The thing about it is that you have to be able to get there without taking a blow. Mike Tyson would be able to end a fight with ANY MMA fighter with one glancing blow. His power would be too devastating for any of these guys no matter who it was, especially with smaller gloves. He is also much larger than Anderson Silva. Tyson came into the ring at around 215 absolutely cut, while Silva weights roughly 180. Getting Tyson off his feet would also be harder than you might expect. He was strong enough and his build would make it very difficult.
