James Toney would defeat Mike Tyson.  He's not a bigger fighter, but he is still fairly evasive and has enough defensive wizardy to avoid Tyson's big shots and play the waiting game until Tyson tires himself out.

It would be an interesting match though, because Toney showed in the fights vs Sam Peter that he has lost some of his reflexes and is not as agile as he once was.  We know he doesn't have great punching power at heavyweight, but Tyson is known to crumble and break down once he gets winded.  I think Tyson would quit on his stool after 7 rounds.

Toney can take a h**l of a punch, but Tyson would badly beat Toney.  It would go about 6 rounds, then Tyson would win on a TKO, ref would stop the fight...

Toney.  All he has to do is run for a few rounds and then throw any punch he wants.  Even if  it misses, the wind will knock an exhausted Tyson down and out.

james toney is still a slick boxer and I think his inside boxing style would confuse tyson. and toney has a very good chin and I think the tyson today dont posses the potential threat to knock out very many opponents

James toney will win by KO like he did against Holyfield. Tyson will have his punching power advantage the first 2 rounds but James is a great defensive fighter, he will weather the storm then wear Tyson out by the 4th and stop him by the 5th.

James Toney would box the pants off of Tyson and cruise to an easy win. I wouldn't be suprised if Tyson got frustrated enough with Toney that he would do something to get disqualified.
