  1. I just did an indepth preview on this fight in my latest column.  I think Frazier wins in 12 rounds.  He would hit the canvas but his mental toughness would break Tyson's spirit.

  2. mike tyson cuz he will just chew fraziers ears off

  3. If Tyson is in the right frame of mind, in perfect physical shape and properly trained, preferably by Kevin Rooney, Smokin' Joe wouldn't stand a chance.  He'd get beat up like a rag doll like George Foreman did him in their first fight.  Tyson is simply faster, stronger and highly skilled while Frazier is too one dimensional, with only one single weapon that is his left hook.

  4. Tyson, frazier had no chin, that's why foreman knocked him out in the 2nd round.

  5. idk

  6. This is not  hard question to answer if you really think about it,this is how the fight would turn out:

The two fighters would waste no time in getting down to business they would each come forward  cautiosly ready to exchange blowsFrazier would throw the first jab to test Mike's reflexes mike would dodge and try to hit him with a cross of his won, Joe would take it but recirpocate the favor by hitting mike with his own right hand, and NOW  the fight would get interesting, they used similar style although Mike Tyson was much faster and a lot more elusive than Frazier ever was, Joe Frazier had the bad habit of coming directly at his opponents while leaving himself open he would take three hits and dodge one just for the chance to land his famous left hook this would be  BAD mistake against mike because he would fail to take into consideration Mike's power and mike's handspeed, in his prime Mike would have dodged frazier's attacks with his multi lateral movements whereas frazier would have taken a lot of punishement just trying to land the knock out punch frazier only fought into ways, he moved up his upper body up and down to avoid getting hit too much and simply stayed in one place trying to land his own knock out punc, this always but him risk with the power hitters and foreman exposed this flaw in their fight, Mike tyson was a very accurate puncher and he would have had a field trip with Joe frazier because Joe would have left himself open for all sorts of combinations and no matter how mentally tough Frazier was, the brain can onlly take so much damage before it shuts down and in his prime Tyson had all the tools needed to make this happe, some people might try and say that holyfield beat tyson by trading punches but that's not really the case, by the time they fought tyson's skills had already deteriorated, he was not the same kid that won the heavyweight title in 1988 and holyfield used a lot of dirty tactics against him (both bowe and lewis complained about these tactics in their fights with holyfield) moreover Holyfield was a multidimenional fighter he fought both from the outside and the inside whereas Joe only fought from the inside, Joe would hae given tyson a tough fight and tis woul probably be an extremely entertaining boxing match but eventually Tyson's skills and power would do the damage and end the fight. tyson wins by TKO or KO.

  7. Frazier wouldnt last 5 round with Iron Mike Tyson,Tyson by ko round 5!

  8. I think Tyson would win by an early round TKO, probably in the second or third round. He would not coldcock Joe, George Foreman couldn't even do it.However, if Joe made it past the early rounds, and if this is a 15 rounder, the odds are more in his favor, and I would pick him to win on a TKO in the 11-15 round range if the fight lasted that long.

  9. Frazier would love to exchange, and that will get him put out, as the guiy before me said, i cant imagine seeing Frazier exchanging with Tyson for a couple rounds... Tyson by KO early

  10. its a hard one but I'd say Mike Tyson, coz his upper body movement and foot work made him so illusive,  hard to hit and Tyson hits harder than anyone who hit Joe Frazier.Frazier was a great fighter and one of the greatest ever, but Tyson in his prime was a real animal, and a better technician than people give him credit for, their just mesmerized with his power, intent and the effects on his opponent, that they don't see the true skill in Tyson's fighting. Tyson was always repositioning his feet to give himself angles and maximum power from every punch his skills were amazing
