  1. RJJ would KO the old, out of shape and very crazy Mike Tyson. The ref would probably stop the fight late due to the number of unanswered power shots RJJ would land on Mike.

  2. Roy jones......Tyson would be smothered by roy jones punches and couldn't be able to see clearly to punch back, and will go down eventually

  3. Wow, great question.  It makes you think...

I remember when talks of this fight were rumoring around.  It was before the RJJ Ruiz fight.  Being a huge RJJ fan, I was praying that Roy wouldn't take this fight.  Although, I do think RJJ would have won before the Ruiz fight, I wouldn't have liked to watch it!

Seeing as your question is "today"  there's no doubt in my mind that Tyson would punish Roy in a easy fight for Mike.  For some d**n reason Roy likes to lure guys into the corner and cover up and wait for his fighter to tire, but Mike would get through his gaurd.  Almost like Tarver and Johnson did, but so much worse!

  4. Wow very interesting question.  I would still have to say Tyson.  Seeing how Roy performed his last fight he looks very beatable and if Tyson trained his *** off he would take it easy.

  5. with the way roy has been fighting lately I dont think he poses a potential threat to tyson. I see tyson knocking him out in 2 rounds

  6. Tyson. RJ might hit him 10x more often, but one blow of tyson will do him in

  7. does jones have the reflexes to fend off tyson for 10 or 12 rounds?

does he have the strength to tie up tyson in the clinches?

does he have the confidence to face tyson in the ring and PUNCH him?

if the answer to all 3 is yes, then jones will out box tyson....if the answer to any one of these is no, then tyson finishes him off in 6 rounds.

  8. PROB TYSON BUT VERY CLOSE

  9. Tyson.  Roy Jones cannot take a Mike Tyson punch to the jaw.  Mike Tyson lost all his latter fights because his idiot promoter was matching him up against much bigger men.  They could take a punch or two from Iron Mike and then lean on his much smaller body and sap away his energy.  Mike Tyson was at his worst when he couldn't bully his opponent in the ring.  Jones does not have the size or strength to bully Mike Tyson.

Tyson is well past his prime and I'm glad he's no longer fighting, but I'd pick him to KO Jones within two rounds.

  10. This is going to be a close one. Roy look great in his last fight but Mike still has that heavyweight punch since punching power is the last thing to go. Roy will have an Antonio Tarver flashback and will get on his bicycle the whole fight...could go either way.
