In what was he given an honorary doctorate? Thuganomics? Assault 101? Ear Removal? I think that whatever institution is handing out doctorates to people like Mike Tyson should lose their license. It is one thing to give Carl Sagan an honorary degree for contributions in astronomy or even Drew Carey an honorary degree in Theater as I believe both were given honorary degrees -- but what possible degree could you justify giving Tyson? That takes away from the boxers who actually have went to college and earned degrees like the Klitchko brothers and other boxers like Juan Diaz who is in the process or those who were at least enrolled like Marco Antonio Barrera who was on his way to be a lawyer at one time.
