So here we go again a man is caught drink driving fair play to the police the man is charged but what happens well the man is Mike Tindall a rugby player and partner of Princess Annes daughter he went to court pleaded guity but the court has adjourned the case so say because it is a "special circumstances" case ( he had an injury to his liver in a game ) I guess that will be the defence can you imagine Joe Bloggs getting the same treatment No of course not Joe Bloggs would have been fined and banned but of course this man "knows a man who can get him off."

How are we supposed to believe in the Scales of Justice when they so obviously balance on the side of the rich and famous.

  1. Well it makes a change from celebrities being let off from bans for motoring offences by using the  excuse "I need my car to carry out my charity work." If he has a damaged liver then more fool him for drinking alcohol as I would expect his doctor to have advised him from doing so.

  2. Always the case, if your famous its ok, if your joe bloggs your in sh*t Creek.

  3. Disgusting!  Its yet another case of not what you know but WHO you know isn't it?

  4. I actually think that to a certain extent, the public wants these people to feel a little leniency. If your mate got nicked you'd feel sorry for him cos you know him. The public feel like celebs are their friends, and so feel sorry for them when they get caught. Unless they're paris hilton, in which case we all wanna see them burn!

  5. They should throw away the key. No ifs or buts. It should be mandatory if you get caught over the limit at least a six month jail term & banned for 5 years. There is no excuse for it.

  6. Whats an injury to his liver got to do with it? he was either over the limit or not.  I know if you have diabetes it can come up as a positive breath test even if you are sober but I havnt heard of that one.
