Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta has gone on to admit that he is more than hopeful of helping Arsenal end their six year trophy drought.
The player, who was signed by the Gunners on the dead line day of the transfer window, has gone on to admit that team seems to finally be back on track and that is something that could help them land a trophy or two this season.
Arteta then went on to admit that he has almost always been under pressure at whatever club he has played for, which is why he doesn’t feel like there is a lot of weight on his shoulders when he steps onto the pitch at the Emirates.
"With a club like Arsenal, you are going to be under pressure and you need to handle it and try your best,” Arteta told reporters.
“At every club I have been at, I have had pressure and this is not going to be any different.”
The player then went on to admit that this added pressure was in fact acting like a catalyst and helping him better his performances , which in turn was beneficial for him and his club.
Arteta then went on to add:
"But being under pressure is good as it means people expect something from you. I think we have got the players here to make us good and play good football.”
Nonetheless, the midfielder then went on admit that the main difference between Arsenal and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c13019, was the fact that he could actually end up winning trophies at Arsenal, as opposed to Everton, who were never really in contention to land any form of silverware.
"The challenge here is to win trophies and at Everton I didn't have the chance to do that. Hopefully, we are going to have it here.”
Arteta, who is now twenty nine years old, is being regarded to be Arsenal’s prime creative midfielder.
