Mikomi dc-7120 5mp Mic and zoom webcam

Question

io have bought one of these and although my pc is picking it up and i have installed the driver i can't use it, the software that came with it says i have no video capture hardware and the hardware install wizard says there is no driver installed...i'm a little confused, please help!!thanks in advance :)
