Mikuni vm16sh slider/throttle for Suzuki or50 help!?

I'm searching desperately for one of these things. It's for my boyfriend who's challenged me to find it coz he reckons there's none in the whole world (except for some ropey place in Holland that wants bank details posted to them!). He would buy the whole carb thing if necessary. Thanks muchly.
