Massimiliano Allegri, head coach of the Rossoneri outfit, was left fuming after the defeat to Fiorentina on the 12th match day of their 2012-13 Serie A campaign.
The former head coach of Cagliari has gone on to comment on a variety of issues surrounding the club while also reflecting on the need of the team to perform consistently in the Serie A. The Italian outfit have had a nightmare of a season so far, and ever
since the departures of their key players to other clubs, they have not even been a shadow of the side that used to dominate Italian football and represented a solid Italian front on the premier European competition.
Just when the Rossoneri outfit thought they were getting back in some kind of rhythm in the Serie A and the UEFA Champions League, the Italians lost out to the upcoming force in Fiorentina led by the charismatic and tactically astute, Vincenzo Montella.
The former AS http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603 caretaker head coach has been a revelation at the Artemio Franchi outfit and he displayed the potency of his skills and that of his team with an extremely attacking display at the home of the Rossoneri outfit.
The Viola defeated the Milanello outfit by a score line of 3-1 at the back end of last week, and this result put a stop to the little run that the Rossoneri were on. The defeat did not go down well with the Rossoneri head coach, who highlighted the need
of the club to perform to the best of their abilities and went on to state their anger at the defeat.
He further commented that they have a mountain to climb now and they would have to perform with extreme agility and proactive nature to take the game to their opponents. Moreover, Allegri commented on the need to shore up their defence and was quoted to
have said:
“We’re really angry because getting a good result against Fiorentina would have given us some continuity in our results. We’ve left a pile of points on our journey so far, but we have the time to get back on the right path.”
The head coach of the San Siro outfit will be looking to secure a win in their upcoming match over http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003.
