I have a leak under the kitchen sink and I'll be lucky if the management fixes that but I'm sure they will not fix the totally destroyed and mildewed area of the cabinet. I don't want to breathe it in but am very sensitive to chemicals so is there anyway to either seal it off so I don't breathe it or something that doesn't smell that will kill it?

  1. Mix Bleech and water together in a spray bottle and spray area, wipe away till no more, make sure wear gloves,

  2. Call them and give em heck! If they don't act like they want to fix it spend top dollar and give them the reciept instead of the rent!

  3. There is NO way to seal it! The vapors from it can get through the tiniest cracks!

Bleach is the almighty way! But if you are that sensitive to chemicals, call a professional and spend the night with someone!

Mold is nothing to mess with! Call someone and have it done right!

  4. mix a solution of bleach and water spray solution on area let that sit for 12 to 24 hours after that wipe it up should come off fine but if leak is not fixed it will keep coming back.
