ALSO i have brown eyes , will this makeup look bad on me ?

Miley is wearing contacts in that video, the make up should look fine on you. But if you would like to see her with straight hair, try watching Hannah Montana. It's straight every now & then.

Well, for her makeup, if you look at the second pic she has a neutral shimmery shadow on. All over her lid. And its possible shes not even wearing any eyeliner. It could be black eyeshadow applied with an eyeliner brush. Its like smokey eyeliner. Its pretty! So I would take an angled eyeliner brush, (i just got one at sephora for like $12) and dip it into black eyeshadow and apply like its eyeliner, make it a little fatter as you reach the edge of your eye.Do the same on the bottom and take the shadow all the way in. Do it on the lashline and waterline. MAKE SURE its smudgey and smokey cause it won't look the same! Mascara. Foundation, blush and pink lipgloss.

She looks a lot better with wavey. Just look on Hannah Montana. But BTW one thing i love about her is that shes not like all the girls who are obsessed with having straight hair. She basically always has it wavy and its a nice break!!!

What is up with everyones obsession with miley cyrus?

She can't even sing well.. but anyway.. if you have brown eyes, you're supposed to wear light tones of pinks and purples- they'll make your eyes pop. and wear a little bit of brown eyeliner on the top eye lid.. don't make it heavy.

ps- never wear black eye liner if you have brown eyes.. it hides the color. only wear it if you have bright blue eyes.
