Didn't she admit that she was dating the guy (I want to say Lucas here, but not sure) that was going to costar with her in the Hannah Movie? And it's been a while since they broke up, and according to Miley 7 things was just inspired by the breakup, not directly about Nick.

Also, NickXSelena hasn't been confirmed.

You don't even KNOW if Selena is going out with Nick, first of all. And even if she did, why would Miley hate her? Selena and Miley are friends, and if your a true friend you don't go around hatting them.
