Well, I haven't heard of it. It might just be a rumor. But, again she did admit in an article that she would like her brothers Trace to take her for her first Tatoo. Something like that, but i doubt she would pierce her tongue. Especially now since all of those pictures leaked out. I don't think she wants more bad reputation.
