Military: When do you think war on Iran will begin?

I read that Israel won't strike before elections so that it won't effect the US elections.

It's very unlikely that a war on Iran will happen on the next years. Lets see:

- Israel has a strong armed force, but it must keep always a good contingence positioned to defend itself of its neighbouring countries. They will not risk go to a war alone against Iran.

- The U.S. is still healing itself of the damages caused by the war on Iraq, that lasted and costed much more than they expected. They will not go to a war so soon, and Iran is much more better armed than Iraq.

I think Israel will keep its moaning and threatening, the US will keep imposing embargoes and threaths, Iran will keep its babbling, but no war will come by now.

People have been predicting an 'imminent' war with Iran every year for the past 30 years.

It is long past time to stop listening to them.

I would say that the war between Israel and Iran will start sometime in the next 5 years. Israel will not allow Iran to finish developing a nuclear weapon. They will bomb the holy heck out of them before they let them finish.

When that happens, the US will have no choice but to support Israel.
