  1. The Army will allow you to come in as a Private First Class - E-3.

I believe all five services allow you to come in as an E-3 (not sure about USMC, but know Navy, USAF and Coast Guard allow it as well).

  2. Marine Corps and Army will allow you to automatically reach the pay grade of E-2 (PFC-USMC or PVT2.)

  3. Yes, Enlist and show that you were an Eagle Scout and you enlist as an E-3 (PFC)

or if you had 4 yrs of JROTC in High School, You start as an E-3!

  4. I am not sure about the increase in pay grade but the Marine Corps will provide congratulatory letters to boys who’ve earned their Eagle Scout or girls receiving the Gold Award.  Send your request, in writing, to Commandant of the Marine Corps, Director of Marine Corps Staff, The Pentagon, Rm. 4E791, Washington, DC 20350-3000

  5. The AF will only let you enter as an E-2 as an Eagle Scout.    The Army also will only give you E-2.

Here is the link about advanced rank enlistment for the Army.

Here is  the link for the AF:

  6. If you provide proof that you are an Eagle Scout, you will automatically get the paygrade of E-3.  Same rules apply if you attend 4 years of JROTC in high school
