  1. some states will automatically put your current husband down as the father, regardless of who provided the DNA.  you will be  required to  get a paternity test to prove otherwise and a court order for child support from the sperm donor.

the military will not get involved without court orders and other proof of paternity.

  2. Not sure if anyone should help you. The whole thing is just wrong.

  3. as far as i know, there is no process regarding requirements for putting the biological father's name on the birth certificate. you dont have to jump hoops as far a that goes because YOU fill out all the paperwork in that regard.

it's extremely noble of your husband to help you out in a situation like that. definately props to him!

as far as getting your things back, you should be able to contact one of his NCO's to advise them of the situation and let them know your only intent is to get your items back and make sure he is financially supportive of his child.

because you are married and your husband will not be claiming (i'm assuming) your boyfriend's child as his own, your boyfriend will have to have paternity established and enroll your child in DEERS so they are covered by tricare/champus.
